There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is a large dining table in the kitchen that sits six in comfort. Silverware is provided and also a full range of utensils and cooking equipment as well as tea towels, oven gloves etc. The bathroom consists of large shower, toilet and washbasin. A spacious hallway leads to a large sitting room with conservatory style windows on two sides and patio doors onto a private terrace. The sitting room is equipped with TV including digital channels and DVD player. WiFi is available. There is ample parking outside as well as a shared garage with laundry room housing the shared washing machine and drier.
